As far as disposal is concerned, we've made it pretty popular as free firewood. The best arrangement we had was with a fuel pellet company who left one of their trailers in our yard. We'd fill it with clean waste wood and they would haul it off for free. Still haven't figured out how they went out of business if they were getting free raw material...
